Kuzushiji Workshop 2025 (online)
Date: 31 March-2 April 2025, 10:30-14:30 (Central Europe Summertime)
Format: ZOOM (supported by Oslo University). 2 sessions a day. 90 minutes a session. Each session had lecture part and practise part.

Pre-event workshop
The EAJRS and the National Institute for the Humanities (NIHU) have signed the agreement for the co-editing activity of the Japanese Studies Resource Guide. In conjunction with this, the following workshop related to Digital Humanities and Japanese Studies will be held on the eve of the 2025 EAJRS conference.
2025 kuzushiji workshop
The NIJL/EAJRS Kuzushiji Workshop will be held "online" from 31st March to 2nd April 2025. Detailed information about the workshop can be found in the attached document. Summer School in Early Modern Japanese Palaeography
We are delighted to announce the twelfth edition of the Mitsubishi Corporation Summer School in Early Modern Japanese Palaeography.
It will be held at the University of Cambridge between Monday 4 August 2025 and Friday 15 August 2025. The theme for this year is: Tsutaya Jūzaburō, Friends, and Rivals.

Kuzushiji workshop in Strasbourg
The NIJL/EAJRS Kuzushi-ji Workshop will be held between 17 and 19 April 2024 at University of Strasbourg. Please note that this year’s workshop will NOT be online. The workshop is free of charge. If you would like to participate the workshop, please fill in the application form, and submit it by email attachment to a.hirano@sainsbury-institute.org by 4 February. Registration is closed.

Kuzushiji workshop 2023 accepting applications
